About Me

I am passionate about addressing clients’ imbalances and movement patterns, so they can truly enjoy life’s adventures at their best.  Over the years I’ve interned and learned from some of the best physical therapists in the field and regularly receive referrals from physical therapists to transition clients to a program of continuing corrective movement and strengthening.  Since 2003, I’ve trained more than 30,000 one on one sessions with many different clients with many different needs.

A fan of college basketball, I had the opportunity to advise and train the #1 NBA draft pick, John Wall.  As a young boy, I grew up playing baseball with Josh Hamilton, MLB American League MVP.  At an early age, I started strength training (in the 6th grade) with my older brother, and later played high school and college club baseball, participated in Endurance Challenge and Power House competitions (top 3 finisher), competed in half marathon and Tough Mudder races, and played basketball.

I’ve always felt the need to train smarter than other athletes because I wasn’t as naturally talented athletically as others that I played with and against. It was my only advantage to remain competitive.

Today, my smarter approach to training and corrective/rehabilitative work spans a range of client diagnoses and conditions to maximize their fitness potential, including cancer patients, clients with ACL injuries, and those who have undergone hip replacements.
