Indoor Triathlon
Today marks the 3rd day in a row in which we’ve had over 100 degrees on the thermometer. I decided to take my triathlon indoors for today’s workout. I started by swimming a 1/4 mile in 15 minutes. Next I jumped on an incumbent bike and rode out 13 miles in 42 minutes. Finally, I ran a 5k in 25 minutes. I still can’t figure out a way to burn off the 2 large pizzas I ate last night in an hour and thirty minutes.
